Breast Health Navigator – Komen Northeast Ohio is currently seeking an outgoing, hardworking, and competent Breast Health Navigator to join our team. The Breast Health Navigator’s primary function is guiding breast health patients through the healthcare system by assisting with access issues, developing relationships with service providers, and tracking interventions and outcomes. The Navigator will also develop a resource bank for clinical trials, treatment options and advancements, financial and insurance resources, and social services programs for breast cancer patients.
